Understanding cables

Poloff delivered reftel demarche October 22 to Mohamed Garsallah, staff member of Abdulla Sanussi. Garsallah indicated Libya's willingness to continue to cooperate to achieve a sustainable solution in Darfur. He asked that SE Gration be in touch directly with Sanussi to coordinate on specific areas where Libya can support S/USSES efforts. Post will also deliver the demarche to the Office of African Affairs at the Ministry-equivalent of Foreign Affairs during the week of November 1.
